It would be nice to have a Print ALL functionality to the new SNPS platform for an individual employee's staffing notification so that we can have all of the tabs printed together on one page instead of having to print each tab individually.

I am hopeful this functionality will become available soon as I understand it is scheduled for future release. We've been told in our District that Java will no longer be supported effective very soon (I don't recall the date), meaning we will no longer have access to the old SNS. With September staffing coming up, we will have HUNDREDS of notifications to process and having the new SNS with the same printing functionality as the old system (i.e. one page showing the employee name, number, comments, old/new function lines) is a MUST!! It is incredibly time consuming having to print multiple pages or take snips from various parts of the notification in the SNS, versus having the ability to print all of the pertinent information on a single page :(

I understand why districts would complain about all the information that was printed previously as it could go on for pages. I always changed the print option to only 1 page. We are actually paperless so only print pdf's which I highly recommend. All of our payroll back up is in pdf format and saved to a folder for 3 people in finance to review.

Hi Sue, Thank you for your feedback. I removed your document as it appeared to contain personal information. If you change your print output to landscape, does that help? We had many complaints from districts not wanting to print all the information contained in each tab (especially the assignment history), so splitting it out gives users flexibility over what they do and don't want to print. We will continue to watch this idea.

I am VERY surprised & disappointed that when printing the new staffing notification Comments tab that the comment is not printed its entirety as well as the current & proposed function lines are not printed in their entirety (good grief!).
We print all our SN’s & at times there can be well over 100 or more (eg. beginning & ending of the school year). We really need to have the Comments tab & the Function Line tabs printed on the same page in their entirety, along with the employees’ name & number at the top of the page.

Yes, we'd like to keep the ability to print the notification summary similar to the existing functionality. We use this frequently.
