Individual Pcard transaction attachments to be viewable in Budget Manager Inquiry - in the same way that IEW or EEW transactions are viewable

Currently, the only way for Pcard transaction attachments to be viewed is for all transactions on the statement to be access. Therefore, even though you have gl security to allow each user to have access what they should have access to - there is currently no way to restrict the access of Pcard attachments - it is either all on or all off. The system should not allow a user to see other transactions that they are not responsible for.

    Through general ledger inquiry, this option is available. We would like to see the same functionality within Budget Manager Inquiry.
