Developers: can you please review the comments before dismissing this idea, the online & open balances would indicate if there was pending information from another payroll that has yet to be updated. This feature would be an amazing addition and solve a ton of manual work arounds!**
It would be amazing to have Cross Payroll Storage Banks (much like Cross payroll deductions)
We have many teachers who also TOC and although are paid on two separate payrolls, it would be great if the sick storage bank was cross payroll with the ability to use their Teaching sick bank for TOC Sick absences.... especially now with the new ESA sick language for casual staff.
This would also assist with the Teaching experience banks, Increment banks and vacation accrual banks to collect earnings/hours from all payrolls that employee is paid on with the District.

In review with development, this idea couldn't be implemented reliably in that the payrolls are running simultaneously and none of the values are permanent until the payroll update. We would have to block users from running multiple pay runs in multiple payrolls simultaneously to ensure data integrity.
We could look at enhancing the TOCS to TEAC Storage Bank Move process to alleviate some/all of the issues you're facing.
Response To Admin: I agree that a global storage bank would be a revolving door when multiple payrolls are involved, but thats what the open and online totals are for
One to show the current updated value, and the other to show any pending changes awaiting updating.
This would work wonderfully! Dont give up on this please

Seniority accruals (For staff who have partial assignments as well as casual dispatches)
Increment bank (used for Teachers and TOCs)
Sick time use (not just for ESA requirements)
Just some of the items this would greatly assist us with if we had the functionality.
