Display the details in memo field in the new Staffing Notifications
It would be great to see the details of the memo, not a speech balloon. The old staffing notification displayed the actual memo. I would love this feature back in the new version of SNP as it is more user friendly.

When choosing new features to add from the list of ideas, we must consider feasibility and also select the ones which will bring the most value to as many customers as possible. With such a long list of ideas, and the fact that we must prioritize all ideas against each other and as well against other road map initiatives, means that we will not be considering this idea.
