All database items should have a comment box so information can be added on what the calculation is doing, why it is, and what date the change was effective. We have P banks that calculate on another code and without backup, it doesn't make sense. This would be very useful for atrieve users, if you don't want to fill it in leave it blank.

This would be great for record keeping purposes. So many times we have to keep files of documentation to explain why the setup is as it is.
