Require the ability to run the earnings summary report from the pay report output review to excel so that the occupation code from the function line and timesheets for that pay period can be utilized to calculate retro payments. As there is no pay history this report houses the occupation code used during the payroll processing. Employees are only entitled to retro pay if they were on a certain occupation code during the pay process.
We need a report that can be run for multiple pay periods, for multiple employees on 'all' earnings details including the salary amount paid every pay period. I have to be able to pull out the salary grid as well. Our employees are in multiple occupations or same occupation but multiple jobs as defined by the salary grid.
