Revert PIN Security when an assignment ends

The Security Code on the Employee PIN is not something that automatically reverts when an assignment ends. This unfortunately is a manual change we need to make when an assignment ends for an employee. It would be very beneficial if the system would flip the PIN from FULL to SUB when an assignment ends.

    Reviewed the following solution privately with the idea creator, but publishing here for visibility: The Future Actions program allows you to set up a date for the system to change something on the employee record. It's most commonly used for address changes, but there is one option for the PIN Security Code. In Atrieve HR, on the 2^nd^ from the bottom of the menu listings, there is 'Future Actions'. I always suggest the Action Code of CAT CHA 4 because it lets you update many things, including the sub/cas status which may also be useful in this circumstance.
