When employees put in an absence & request a sub, there isn't an opportunity in the subject/level/notes area to attach anything. As we have severe kids, the notes are not sufficient - being able to attach the childs assessments would be vital to ensuring the substitute taking the job is fully aware of the situation they would be going into.
