I'm in payroll and I have school administrators/clerical ask for details of an absence. They get the reports that book the absences to their GL's. Is there a way to get the details of the absences/replacements in the dashboard where they see the entries? The date on their reports are the date I interface the pay to finance not the date of the absence. It would be nice for the school staff in charge of there budget to have access to the details of the absence by simply drilling into the line item. This function is available for finance transactions, as our district accountant showed me she can drill in to the GL and see the invoice attached to that GL and get the details of the invoice in accounts payable for example. Can we do that for absences? If not can this be added to be looked into? It would be nice for us to be able to talk to the modules with this type of information.
