Employees can currently enter in any time they choose, and what can happen is instead of entering in .75 for the day, they enter in 75.00. This time is missing the authorizers notice, so too much time is being paid. The request is to:
1. Make this optional - turn on the feature, or leave it off
2. Option 1 - limit the number of digits that an employee can enter - for example 1 digit, two decimal places, 7.25.
3. Option 2 - limit the value that an employee can enter - for example, limit 8.00, or limit 12.00
This feature would need to be specifically added to the Category Maintenance as some groups may be doing a special project, and their hours are altered to be four 10 hour days instead of five 8 hour days. This limit would be category and timesheet line specific as perhaps only the regular hours need to have this two digit limit applied, yet the other timesheet lines need to be limited to 8.00 hours.

Perhaps a pop-up 'warning message' could be triggered when hours that are in excess of the employee's normal daily &/or weekly hours have been entered - 'Yes/Continue or No/Fix' ?
