Providing a hyperlink to the back page of the T4 slip is very clunky.

What we did for our 2017 T4 slips was used an Adobe Acrobat X Pro Action Wizard (instructions shown here https://mergy.org/2015/05/batch-inserting-pages-into-multiple-separate-pdfs-with-adobe-acrobat/) to add the back page of the T4 to the T4 pdfs. (note: the process ran significantly faster using Adobe Acrobat X Pro than it did using Acrobat DC).

As this provides a much better user (employee) experience, we suggest that PowerSchool provide a way of accomplishing this within the Build PDF / Email T4/T4A Statements process.

We use the Web Message approach, so were able to replace the T4 pdfs before most accessed them, but it would be much better for the back page to be in the T4 pdfs before any employees access them.
