May we please request that a custom report to include the following information. This would be a cross module report that would act as a 'budgeting' tool. We proposed this custom report to SRB back in 2016 and then tried to resurrect it again in 2018 with David McClure.
Columns to include:
Employee ID Number
Last Name
First Name
Location (ability to select all locations or specific locations)
Category (teac, supp, care, pvp, etc. - ability to select all or one)
Position (PRIN, VP, etc.)
Gross income (salary) for the entire year based on position, grid, etc. in payroll
Admin allowance for entire year based on position, grid, etc. in payroll
Benefits for entire year based on position, grid, etc. in payroll
Total of salary, admin allowance and benefits
Total time (FTE for teachers or annual hours for support)
Total amount of FTE per GL code
Rows to include (red is mandatory - blue is optional):
Sub total for salary, admin allowance, benefits, total of salary, admin allowance and benefits, total FTE or total annual hours, total FTE or hours per GL code
The salary information that we would like populated on this report comes from the employee inquiry on the function line detail (image below):
It is important that we capture all the assignment information from the start of one year to the end of one year, or a combination of multiple years if the need arises.
For example, an employee started the 2015-16 school year as a VP for our HCA location. She worked at a VP salary and admin allowance from August 29, 2015, - February 7, 2016, then she was moved into a Principal assignment from February 8, 2016, - June 30, 2016.
We want to have the report capture her salary for both assignments in a particular year.
Ideally, we want to be able to, at the touch of a fingertip report, generate real time information for any one particular individual or a group of individuals in one school location or all staff based on their category.
These reports would need to include any employee on a leave or any active employee. There is no need to report on terminated employees.
Thank you.
