Yes, the way assignment history lists all the assignment, the function line should also list the history of all function line rates with the respective dates field when it was applicable.

I totally agree with the guest comment saying 'this is the first systeme I have worked with that does not provide proper historical information'. This information is vital to be able to pay retroactive adjustments for pay equity & job evaluation retro's.

This is the first system that I have worked in that does not provide historical information. This is an important part of reporting, analysis and general information.

If this information is on the pay stub, it should be available to me on the reports. This is an easy fix/process to put into place.

Adding to this, having Date stamped records for all HR and Pay field changes would be beneficial
