We need a report than can report on all pay & deduction codes by PAY PERIOD, with the option of running on individual employee's or by employee type &/or cycle code &/or occupation code etc.. It would be good if the report had the option of reporting in detail 'D' (by pay period) & summary 'S' (lump sum amounts). The report should list employee deductions in one column & employer paid deductions in another. This report must also be able to be downloaded into Excel.
Currently, we run the 'Employee's Pay History Report', but this is not ideal as there is lots of manual manipulation required to get the desired results, especially when reporting on a group of employees.

The ideas portal review committee met to discuss this request. One thing that came out was that in order to run the report based on things like occupation code is that you would then need function line history to be stored.
